Chipotle Closes Another Location Due to Unspecified Illness Amongst the Employees at That Boston Area Locatioin!!!

Oh NO!!! Here we go again!!! Chipotle in Billerica Mass, which is just outside of Boston, volunteerily closed it's store there due to 4 employees coming down with an unspecified illness. At the time of the article was written no customers had been infected or at least none had come forward yet. This is the 2nd location in the Boston area to close in recent months due to illness. That last time was due to an employee who had norovirus and he had infected 80 plus customers and employees. In recent months Chipotle had issues with E.Coli contamination and another norovirus outbreak in California and 13 other states.

Now at what point do you ask yourself is this happening on purpose or is Chipotle just having a run of bad luck? I personally think that this is no accident. Someone is systematically causing these outbreaks. Their intent is to ruin Chipotle. Chipotle's stock has dropped 3.8 % over the last 6 months. But when news of this setback hits the wires, I think it is going to drop even further. The CDC concluded its investigation about a month ago, and they could not determine what was causing the outbreaks. So a criminal investigation was initiated. I don't know how Chipotle can reopen stores when they still do not know what was causing the contamination!!! That's just stupid to me. How can you stop the contamination from happening again if you do not even know how it happened in the first place! Sigh!

It's too bad. I really like their burritos, but I will not be going there any time soon. Not until they know etiology of the contamination and not until they arrest the person or persons who contaminated the food. We have a local place here in Sacramento, called Beto's they have 2 locations one on El Camino Ave and Howe and another 2 miles down the street on El Camino. They have really delicious super burritos there. So I guess, I will continue to go there instead. Plus, you get free chips and salsa there. The chips are made every day inhouse and are always fresh, same with the salsas. I love the fire roasted red and the super fresh green. Mmmm Mmmmm Mmmm sssoooo good!!!
