Hah! I LOVE it. RHOA reality star Sheree Whitfield finally moves into her house, Chateau Sheree and throws a lavish over the top housewarming party that was filmed as the finale episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta. However, Sheree found herself on the wrong end of the law because of her party. Since Sheree's house sat empty for so long, she was required by law to get a certificate of occupancy proving that her house was livable. And she needed to get a permit to throw such a huge and lavish party. She failed on both accounts and the police were called she received 2 tickets. She later went to court on the matter, I wonder if she hired Phaedra Parks to represent her? No, I didn't think so. LOL Sheree plead no contest to both charges was fined $1,000.00 and given 1 yr of probation. LOL Wow, gurl, you got probation for throwing a party? No way!!! Hahahaha A RHOA producer was fined $1,000.00 for failing to get a permit to film the party. Dayum, this was just a bad deal all around! I wonder who paid for the party, Bravo? or the Producers of RHOA? LOL I know Sheree's broke ass didn't. LOL
On an earlier episode of RHOA, Sheree and Kenya Moore made a bet on who would be living in their house first. Well, technically, you both lost because neither of you were living in your house before Christmas 2015. But then Kenya moved into her house later on in early 2016. So Kenya did win sort of, but only on the moving in part. Because when Sheree moved in her house was totally complete. When Kenya moved in work was still being done on her house. Even as she threw her housewarming party, work was still being done. So on whose house was completed by move in date, we have to give it Sheree. Now the bitch couldn't afford to furnish her whole house when she moved in, but the house was completely built and done. LOL Sheree also wins because her house is 4000 sqr ft larger than Kenya's. Sheree has 10,000 sqr ft and Kenya only has 6000 sqr ft. And you didn't need drop clothes and dust pans at Sheree's housewarming party. Okay, I'm just gonna go out on a limb and say Sheree won over all. LOL
