Former MLB Pitcher Justin Miller Dead at 35

Former Major League Baseball pitcher Justin Miller was found dead Wednesday night in Palm Harbor FL. He was just 35 yrs old. Justin played in the MLB for 15 years and pitched for many teams, some of them are the SF Giants, Florida (now Miami) Marlins and Toronto Blue Jays. Although mostly a reliever he did make 33 starts in his career. The police refuse to say where the body was found and have not determined a cause of death but are investigating. Sounds suspicious to me. 35yr olds don't just drop dead all of a sudden. Not usually.  Justin leaves behind a wife of 15 yrs and 2 sons, an 18 yr old and 7 yr old. Our condolences go out to his family and friends. Rest in peace Justin.

No weapons were found near the body and at first police thought the death was an accident. However, a homicide investigation has been launched. Matt was born in Charlotte North Carolina in 1957 and his father was also a professional wrestler, "Tough" Tony Borne. Rest in peace Matt.

And the # of bakery plants is now down to just 4 instead of the 11 it used to have. Hostess will now deliver to warehouses instead of to each individual retail store. This will make it easier for discount stores to purchase product and also make it easier for product to reach more convenience stores. In the past, Hostess was only able to reach about 1/3 of the 150,000 convenience stores located in the USA. Yeah, sounds good to me. I look forward to the relaunch. Walmart released a statement today saying that it will not place any new orders with Paula Deen Enterprises for future orders beyond what is already committed to at this time. Paula Deen sells food products and her cookware items at Walmart. Well, she used to. hahahaha Ceasers Entertainment Corporation has also released a statement saying they they will close the 4 Deen themed restaurants in their casinos which Deen has. These casinos are located in Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana and North Carolina. Thank you Walmart and Ceasers! US Supreme Court Overturns Federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA): Gay Marriage Legal in California

Yeah!!! This has been a long time coming!!! The US Supreme court has overturned the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act that President Clinton signed into law. Federal employees can now share benefits with their same sex partners just like married couples can. Yeah! The court also ruled that the 9th Circuit had the right to overturn Prop 8 in Calif. Stating that the proponents of Prop 8 had no standing to fight the 9th Circuit's decision. "Standing" is a legal term that means having the right. For example, two brothers go to the Ice Creamery and both have a hot fudge sundae, but brother A gets sick. However, brother b sues the Ice Creamery. His case gets thrown out because he doesn't have the right to sue the store because he was not the person who got sick. He has no standing. Don't go down to City Hall yet folks. The Supreme Court ruling usually doesn't become final for 25 days and the lower court must lift it's stay. However, California Attorney General Kamala Harris, has requested that the 9th Circuit lift the stay as soon as possible. Yeah! So FUCK ALL OF YOU BIGOTS that passed Prop 8! I saw this moron on the noon news who was talking all of this smack that the children of California are the real losers and now they can aspire to marrying same sex partners. Aaron Hernandez Arrested For Murder!

Former New England Patriots Tight End, Aaron Hernandez has been arrested today, for MURDER in the death of his friend Odin Lloyd. Lloyd's body was found by a jogger back on June 17 around 530pm about a mile from Hernandez's mansion in Attleboro Ma. Hernandez was engaged and Lloyd was dating Hernandez's fiances' sister. No word on the motive for the murder. Hernandez also faces the following charges: one count of carrying a firearm without a license; two counts of possession of a large capacity firearm; and two counts of possession of a firearm without a valid ID card. The New England Patriots wasted no time in releasing Hernandez from their roster. In other words he was fired. Although, word is, the Patriots had decided last week to let Hernandez go should he be arrested.The Patriots knew that if Hernandez was arrested for being involved at some level in a homicide investigation, he was going to be released, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. It's really a shame too about Hernandez, he just signed a new contract with the Patriots for $40 million dollars over 4yrs.

An Arrest Warrant Has Benn Issued for New England Patriot's Tight End Aaron Hernandez

This is a big mess and so sad. The Police have a warrant and are looking to arrest New England Patriot's Tight Ender Aaron Hernandez for obstructing the investigation in the murder of his friend Odin Lloyd, 27. Lloyd's body was found by a jogger about 1mile from Hernandez's home in Attleborough. The police are alleging that Hernandez had a cleaning crew come to his house and give it the once over a couple of days after the murder and he destroyed his security system and deleted the video from the day of the murder and he delivered his cell phone broken into several pieces to the police for analysis. Wow! I hope they throw the book at him but that all sounds like actions of a guilty man to me. If you have nothing to hide you cooperate fully with the police. If you are guilty, you do everything in your power to thwart the investigation. What makes this so bad is that Lloyd and Hernandez were friends, good friends. They were dating two sisters and if both had married the women would have become brothers in law. And Lloyd was a semi-pro football player. These guys had so much in common!!! It's really a shame it all went so bad, apparently. Since the body was found so close to Hernandez's home, he is naturally a suspect. Because when it comes to murder there are no such things as coincidences. Ooooh Snap! hahahaha

Food Network: We Will NOT Renew Paula Deen's Contract!

I guess you can stick a fork in the Food Network too, when it comes to Paula Deen. In light of her admitting that she has used the N word in the past the Food Network released a statement today saying that they will NOT renew Paula Deen's contract for her her shows with them. Thank you Food Network for taking swift and decisive stance on this issue. I know Paula has made a lot of money for your network, but unlike some of the other networks, you don't support racists. YEAH! Like when Dog Chapman got busted by his own son using the N word, A&E refused to fire him. I have not watched his the Bounty Hunter since that scandal broke. And I never will. Today, Paula posted 2 apologies on YouTube and she looks and sounds very contrite about the whole situation. However, I think she is sorry she got outed, and not sorry about what she said. Paula Deen is an Undercover Racist!

Wow this is VERY disappointing and I almost want to cry! One of my favorite celebrity Chefs is an undercover racist. Paula Deen. Dayum! Paula Deen and her brother Bubba Hiers is being sued for discrimination by a former employee from their restaurant Uncle Bubba's Seafood and Oyster Shack. Lisa Jackson claims that she was sexually harassed and worked in a hostile environment rife with innuendo and racial slurs. Paula Deen was deposed in that lawsuit and she openly admitted that she has used racial slurs in the past but its been a long time. WTF? Lisa Jackson is a white female, so you know it's bad when even the white people are complaining about racial slurs. Getting back to Paula's deposition, when asked if she has ever used racial slurs her response was "Yes, of course," Deen replied, though she added: "It's been a very long time." UMP! Wrong answer! She goes on to site 2 situations in which she used racial slurs. One was after being robbed at a bank that she worked in, when telling her then husband what happened. However, the other time Deen said she may have also used the slur when recalling conversations between black employees at her restaurants, but she couldn't recall specifics. WOW! Really? That tells me that she uses the word so often, she cant recall when she used it last. That screams to me just how racist she is. Tsk Tsk Tsk, you just never know about what is really in someone's heart until you ask them. Paula hid her racism very well. She always seemed to be so nice and accepting while on camera. But it was all an act. I will never again watch another Paula Deen show on the food network or any other network. Stick a fork in me, I am done with her!

Rhiana Clocks Fan With Her Microphone At Concert

On Monday Rhiana was performing in concert at Birmingham, (sorry don't know if it was Alabama or England) when an over zealous fan grabs her by the arm and refuses to let go. Rhiana had stepped off the stage to mingle with her fans when the incident happened. Anyway, Rhiana was moving past the front row with this fan, grabs her by and arm and Rhiana attempts to break away, but the fan had a vice like grip and you could see Rhiana jerk not once but twice trying to get away. So on the third try, Rhiana turns and with mic in hand fires on the fan who then releases her. Rhiana was performing her hit "We Found Love", apparently the fan found out in no uncertain terms it's just a song fool. Chad Johnson Released From County Jail!

Okay, I am not happy about this. But Chad Johnson went back to court this week and threw himself on the mercy of the court and apologized for swatting his attorney on the behind. And the soft hearted Judge acquiesced and let him out of county jail. I would have told him thanks but you 27 days more on your sentence. How do you expect him to learn a lesson if you allow him to cheat the punishment? This is why he keeps getting into trouble because there are no consequences to his actions! Or very little consequences! Tsk Tsk Tsk!

San Fracisco: Landlords From Hell Charged With Multiple Felonies!

Ok this is just really disgusting! And I hope the judge throws the book at this despicable couple. Nicole and Kip Macy own an apartment building in SF, but you don't want to rent from them. This particular building is located in the pricey South of Market district in SF. So the Macys went on a tizzy trying to get low paying tenants to move out of their building so that new higher paying tenants could move in. SF has a type of rent control based on how long a tenant resides in the same apt. It prevents landlords from raising rents significantly on current tenants. Landlords are only allowed to raise the rent on an existing apt when they get a new tenant to move into it. So the Macys, called the Police and lied to them telling them certain tenants were not tenants and were trespassing, they cut giant holes in the floors while the tenants were home, and in some instances, when the tenants were out, the Macys' would enter into the apts and remove the tenant's belongings. WOW! This is 2013, not 1813. I cannot believe this horrible shit is going on today! But it was. The Judge dubbed the Macys "the Landlords from Hell!" On Tues of this week the Macys plead guilty to the following felonies, 2 counts of  felony  of residential burglary, one felony count of stalking and one felony count of attempted grand theft. And I hope the Judge throws the book and them and gives them consecutive NOT concurrent sentences! No one should be that greedy and disrupt or torment tenants! I wish the judge would tattoo DESPICABLE on their foreheads! hahahahaha Unfortunately though, this couple will only be doing 4 yr and 4 months! It's NOT enough time! They should be doing 10 times that! And I think they should be banned for life from ever owning rental property any where in the USA again!

Wow, this is really sad. Famed actor, James Gandolfini who portrayed Tony Soprano in the HBO series the Sopranos died suddenly today while vacationing in Italy. James was just 51 yrs old and the father of 2. Conflicting reports on the cause , some say heart attack, some say stroke, but either way its a tragedy. Rest in Peace James. You were my favorite TV "mobster" of all time!

This was surprising but good good news nonetheless. Kim Kardashian gives birth to baby girl with boyfriend Kanye West by her side. Kim was supposed to be due the middle of July but the baby had other things in mind. hahaha No word on the baby's name except that it will definitely start with a K. Hmmm, sounds like Kim is carrying on where her mother left off. All of Kim's siblings first names begin with a K. Well, congratulations to the happy couple. Now I give Kanye 2 or 3 months b4 he decides to end things with Kim. He is such a jerk so I don't foresee him sticking around at all. hahahaha So sad. Big Brother in NYC Getting Too Bossy!!!

Mayor Bloomberg thinks that the people of NYC are not smart enough to make the correct decisions for themselves and  he has taken it up on himself to be every one's daddy/master and pass a city ordinance that bans sweetened drinks over 16 oz. But this new ordinance has many flaws. While you cannot buy a soda or a glass of orange juice over 16 oz in a sit down restaurant or fast food place, you can buy a milk shake over 16oz anywhere. Also exempt from this new ordinance are convenience stores. So like 7 11 or any other stop and rob you can buy a 32 oz big gulp. hahahaha He is doing this because obesity and diabetes are on the rise in NYC. Diabetes is on the rise all over the USA but you don't see other municipalities regulating the consumption of fried chicken and sweetened drinks! It is NOT the governments' business to dictate to me what I can and cannot drink or eat. I am a 50 yr old man, not a 15yr old boy! I am free and over 21 and I will do as I damn well please! So if I want a 32 oz big gulp at Denny's THAT is MY FUCKING BUSINESS!!! PERIOD!!!! Big Brother needs to stay out of my lunch bag! hahahaha Anyway, a lower court struck down the ordinace but the city has appealed it and so it is now b4 a new panel of judges. I sure hope they are smart enough to tell Mayor Bloomberg and the City to go sit down again!

Chad Johnson Acts Up in Court and Gets 30 Days For Misbehaving!

This is so just I wanna shake the Judges hand for it! Chad Johnson formerly known as Chad Ocho Cinco was in court yesterday for probation violation. And during the hearing where he and his attorney were presenting the court with a plea agreement for no jail time and more community service, Chad decides to tap his lawyer on the rear end. Which solicits a big laugh from the other people in the court room. Well the judge didn't like it and she changes her mind johnny on the spot and then rejects the plea agreement and slaps Chad with 30 days for being an ass clown in court. YEAH! I think he deserved to get more like 60 or 90 days. Chad didn't do any jail time for head butting his then wife tranny look a like Evelyn Lozado. So I think any time he messes up, he should get at least 90 days for each probation violation. hahahahahaha Hey Chad, I think you should get a tshirt that reads "Act an Ass clown in Court Go to Jail for 30 days!" hahahahaha Enjoy your "staycation" hahahahaha!

Tamar Braxton Herbert Gives Birth to Son!

Aww this is a nice story. Tamar Braxton sister to Toni Braxton gave birth to her first child, a son today. Tamar grew to fame as one of the Braxtons singers and as a reality TV Star on the Braxton Family Values. She now stars in Tamar and Vince along with her husband Vince Herbert who manages Lady Gaga as well as other singers. No word on the baby's measurements or his name. I just want to say Congratulations Tamar and Vince!!

Night Stalker Serial Killer Dead at 53!

Yeah, I am really happy to report this death. The horrible Satanic Serial Killer known as the Night Stalker died today from liver failure, Richard Ramirez. Ramirez had been on death row in San Quentin Prison since his conviction in 1989. The Prison refused to reveal exactly what illness caused the liver failure siting patient privacy rights. Hey this guy is dead, I don't think he will get mad if you reveal what killed him. Not that it really matters, I am just happy that this whackadoo is dead. He should have died a long time ago. Luckily for him on the day of his arrest, the police showed up and stopped a mob from beating him to death. Too bad the police showed up 15mins too soon. Damnit! hahahahaha Ramirez was convicted of 13 murders stemming from his killing spree in Southern Calif and San Francisco in the early 1980s. Ramirez's trial was one of the longest in history. 1 yr for the actual trial and 4 yrs for the many pretrial motions and appeals. I say good riddance to one loathsome piece of trash. I hope you burn in hell for all eternity!

Jesse Jackson Jr Heading To Prison for 4yrs!

Jesse Jackson Jr will be sentenced next month on July 3rd and the prosecutor wants him to do 4yrs and his wife to get 18months. The Government is nice enough to stagger the sentences because the couple has children. So they want Mrs. Jackson to go to prison first and do about a year and then come home and complete her sentence on house arrest and then for Jesse Jr to go do his 4yrs. They also want Jesse Jr to pay $750,000.00 in restitution and his wife to pay $186,000.00 in restitution. Its really a shame when people of privilege do wrong. Jesse and his wife used his campaign funds to fund their lavish lifestyle from 2005 to 2012. She blew a lot of money on fur hats and parkas and he blew his money on going out clubbing and lavish meals and more than $43,000.00 on a gold plated Rolex. Which I think is completely retarded! Why would you spend more than $40,000.00 on a fake gold watch? When you can spend far less on a REAL gold watch??? I think Jesse Jr should get 40years just for being stupid!!! hahahaha Here's another tip, Jesse Jr, don't drop the soap in the shower. hahahahaha

10 year Old Hero Shoots at Home Invaders!

Dateline Brooklyn New York, on Tuesday of this week, 2 men pushed  their way into a Brooklyn home with the intent of robbing the place, when a teenage girl answered her door to what she thought was a package delivery. Well one of the men runs upstairs and surprises a female home owner who slams her bedroom door on the burglars arm causing him to drop his gun. The gun is then picked up by the womans' 10yr old son and he fires a round at the burglar missing him. The other burglar then returns fire at the boy missing him and his mom, thankfully.  But the gunfight scares off the burglars and they flee from the home without taking anything. The names of the mom and her family were not released to the media and the family also put a sign on their door stating that they were traumatized and would not be granting any interviews and requesting that the media not bother them. Hah! now that's how you do it. The media always think they have a right to intrude on people's privacy just because something happens at their house. I say good for you mystery family! And really good for the boy, too bad he didn't kill one of the burglars! I think if someone breaks into your house, you have a right to kill them. Because that is the ultimate deterrent for that person. He will NEVER break into another house again! hahahaha I know that a lot of people aren't going to agree with that, but too bad so sad! This is my blog and my opinion, deal with it. hahahaha

Kenya Moore Was Served With Eviction Papers for NonPayment!

This is just a ridiculous hot mess! Kenya Moore of Real Housewives of Atlanta was served with Eviction papers for non-payment of rent. Didn't you think she owned that house? I sure did. Wow! So everything about her is FAKE! hahahaha Anyway, technically, she is only partially behind. Her rent is $3,999.00 per month and Kenya paid $3,151.00 of her rent this month leaving a balance of $848.00. According to Wendy Williams. Wendy even offered to pay the balance if Kenya would just call the show and explain what is going on. Unfortunately for Kenya, she didn't call in b4 the show ended yesterday. Maybe she will call in today? I hope so, I sure want to get down to the nitty gritty with this story. hahahaha Get it together Miss Kenya! hahahaha

Update: Paris Jackson Suicide Attempt

Wow! This girl has some serious issues! Apparently the reason why Paris Jackson (15 yr old daughter of deceased singer Micheal Jackson) attempted suicide is because her guardian wouldn't allow her to attend a Marilyn Manson Concert. So Paris took some Motrins and slit her wrists. Luckily for her, she is not good with a knife. The cuts weren't deep enough to do her serious harm. But how sad is that? It just proves to me that Janet was right this girl is seriously spoiled! And maybe a little mental too. Why would you try to kill yourself because you cannot attend a concert? Really? Taco Bell Employee Photographed Licking a Stack of Taco Shells

Ewwww, this is just really disgusting. A Taco Bell employee was photographed licking a stack of about 30 taco shells for a Taco Bell sponsored contest of employees loving the new Dorrito flavored taco shell. The employee although pictured, is not named. The picture was not submitted to the contest and was posted to a Facebook account. The picture went viral and when word got back to Taco Bell they launched an investigation. Well the investigation is now complete and Taco Bell claims that the taco shells in question were never sold to the public and they were given to the employees to try the new shells. And the ones that were licked by the employee were subsequently thrown out after he licked them. However, that employee has been suspended and will be fired. Hmmm, are you buying that? I'm not fully buying that. And it really makes me queasy about buying food from Taco Bell. 'Cause I am big fan of the crunchy tacos and the nachos. yum yum Oh! And the photographer no longer works for Taco Bell, but was not fired.

Its Official, Kim Kardashian is Finally a Free Woman

I am so glad that this divorce if final! Maybe now everyone will stop talking about it. hahahahaha Myself included. hahahaha Well it's is official, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries divorce is final. Apparently the couple finally reached a property settlement on April 19, 2013 and then the court had until June 19, 2013 to sign off on it, but the court signed off on it early. So its a done deal, but no details as to who got what or how much money Kim had to pay Kris was released. Damnit! hahahahaha She makes more money than him so you know she has to pay him some duckets for sure. hahahaha I just hope that he takes some of that money and buys himself a personality and some media training. hahahaha That would be money well spent! hahahaha Hello Kris? She says she is just waiting on the test results but I am sure her lawyer is just typing up the summons of complaint. hahahaha Wow! What the hell was Miguel thinking, I hope he has a good attorney. I also hope that he has a good private detective. This chick, Khyati Shah is claiming that she is having cognitive problems. Yeah right! Tiny Apartment Craze Sweeping Across America

Okay this is just ridiculous. There is a new TINY apartment craze sweeping across America. And when I say TINY, I mean TINY! How tiny are these apts? Just 200 sqr ft. That's no bigger than an average size walk-in closet. hahahaha Some have kitchens and some don't. They rent for anywhere from $600 to $1,100.00 per month. Many of these tiny apts have built ins like beds, couches, tables etc. I'm assuming that the $1,100.00 per month are the ones with elevators and kitchens. Oh that's right folks, some of the cheaper apts dont even have elevators so if your apt is on the 6th floor, you gotta walk all the way up to the 6th floor. And also in the lower price apts, some don't even have private bathroom, you must share a hall bath. EWWWW!!!! Michael Douglas Admits His Throat Cancer Was Caused by Eating a Bad Vijayjay!

Oh this is too nasty for me! In a recent interview with the Guardian Michael Douglas admitted that his throat cancer was cause from HPV (human papilloma virus) and he contracted it during cunnilingus. So in other words Michael ate out a bad pussy and got throat cancer from it. EWWW!!!!! Wow, that's really shocking to me. I didn't know you could catch cancer from eating pussy!!! The Real Reasons Xscape Broke Up!

WOW! I am so happy that I now know the real reasons why Xscape broke up. And it is just such a sad reason. Why is it so hard for some women to get along? So I was watching a couple of the new episodes of R&B Divas on TvOne network. Well, low and behold who do I see, LoTocha Scott formerly of Xscape. I was wondering what happened to her and her sister (Tamika). Well now I know. hahahaha During the show she finally revealed what happened to cause the group to break up. Kandi left the group because the ladies weren't getting along. Apparently while on tour there was some arguing going on and also while choosing new music for the group some of the ladies weren't happy that LoTocha got to sing lead on most of the songs. I say, Thank GOD LoTocha was singing lead, her and her sister had the BEST 2 voices of the group anyway! I never liked Tameka Cottle aka Tiny. She has a pig nose and she is hell of ugly to me. hahahaha LoTocha is now pursuing a solo career and will be recording a new cd soon. Her sister Tamika is not doing music anymore, however she did appear with her sister for the 20th Anniversary of So So Def. Personally I think the Scott sisters should form a new Xscape group since they were the 2 best singers and the other 2 can be replaced by almost anyone. hahahaha

Carey and Minaj Both FIRED From American Idol!

Yeah! I am so happy to report that Mariah Carey (dahling) and that rude ass biatch Nicki Minaj have both been fired from American Idol. Carey was one of the weakest judges AI has ever had and Nicki was the complete opposite. Nicki was one of the RUDEST judges they have eveer had. She was not only rude to the other members of the judging panel but also to contestants. What Nicki needs to do is to get a butt reduction and a to have a soul put into her. She is one rude ass soulless bitch! hahahahaha Keith Urban is probably out too. The producers want to return to the 3 judges only format and drum roll please ... The new judges are Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Calrkson and there is toss up as the 3rd judge. The producers are vacillating between Clay Aiken and Adam Lambert. I'm kind of on the fence about bringing back past contestants to now be judges. All four of these possibilities are very talented and phenomenal singers. I just think they really lack the experience to judge, that's all. Well except for Kelly, she's been in the music business for 12yrs now. Personally, I think AI should just end. It's been replaced by 2 other BETTER singing competitions; the Voice and XFactor! hahahaha

Steven Seagal Is a Whackadoo!

This is really sad, former action star Steven Seagal thinks he is some kind of International Diplomat, but I say he is an International Whackadoo!!! Steven used to be slim and trim and fit and was a better than average action star. But then old age set in and he stopped going to the gym and working out and only worked his fists in two handed eating binges.  hahahaha I have seen him on talk shows refuse to answer questions about his secret CIA missions. Rohrabacher was in Russia looking for information on the Boston Bomber suspects. Seagal also offered to set up a meeting with Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov. Who does Seagal think he is? Why isn't our state department or Secretary of State setting up these meetings? Why is a hasbeen actor like Steven Seagal doing this? Olivia Newton-John's O'lder Sister Dies from Brain Cancer

Aww this is really sad, Olivia Newton-John's older sister Rona Newton-John passed away on May 30 from brain cancer. She was just 70 years old. And had only been recently diagnosed with the brain cancer in April. Rest in peace Rona.

Former Actress Jean Stapleton Passes Away at Home In NY State

Aww this is sad, former actress Jean Stapleton passed away at her home in NY state recently. She was 90 years old. I thought she had died years ago. As a matter of fact I hadn't seen nor heard of her since her comedy show, All in the Family went off the air way back in the 1970s. Apparently Jean and her husband, William Putch had been doing plays together over the years; until his sudden death in 1983 of a fatal heart attack. She is survived by her 2 children John and Pamela Putch. They were by her side when she passed away. Awww, but its nice to know that she had a real family after her tv show went off the air. Jean portrayed Edith on All in the Family. Carrol O' Connor portrayed her husband Archie on the show. Archie was a lovable bigot  and Edith was a normal lovable wife who knew just how to stifle Archie's huge ego. I was a big fan of the show. Thanks for the laughs Jean, rest in peace dear lady.
