A pipe had burst in the house which has been under construction for FIVE YEARS!!! I don't think this house will ever be completed. The house has been delayed over and over again due to financial issues (Sheree is a broke ass bitch) and over construction delays. Contractors don't work for free and will stop construction if you stop making payments. hahahaha So Shere wasn't happy with the monies that the insurance company paid on the claim and now she is suing for nearly $280,000.00. However, Sheree's contractor sued her for $23,000.00. When Sheree was on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen the other day, she said this house was only 10,000 sqr ft, but in this article, they state that the house is 15,000 sqr feet. Well either way, it is too much house for Sheree's broke ass. hahahahaha
