Former Child Actress Shirley Temple Black, Dead At 85 yrs

Awww, this is so sad. But former child actress Shirley Temple Black passed away yesterday from unknown causes, she was just 85 yrs old. Shirley started dancing when she was 2yrs old and acting when she was 3 yrs old. This was way back in the 1930s, and at once point Shirley, lead the box offices 3 years in a row with big hit films. I used to love watching her movies. She had this blond barrel curls later named the Shirley Temple curls and she could sing and tap dance. The stories were always kind of heartfelt, with Shirley portraying some kind of waif in trouble. And people would always help her out and she would sing and dance for them. I remember one movie where she was found in the streets wandering around and taken to a hospital to be treated for malnutrition and such, and her father was a Capt in the Army. But he had been injured and now had amnesia. So they had nursed her back to health and she being released and they were going to put her into foster care, as they were walking her out of the hospital. She just so happened to break out in song and she was dancing with black orderly and the hospital just so happened to be moving her father and when he hears her singing and tapping. Poof his memory is restored and he calls to Shirley and she runs over to her daddy and she breaks down crying saying "Daddy, I knew you were still alive and we would be reunited, I knew it. I just knew it". And that's how the movie ended. Awww, that's just so sweet. hahahahaha Sorry I don't remember the name of the movie, but I am sure you can find it on IMO DB. Rest in peace Shirley. Shirley is survived by 3 children, a granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren.
