Okay the home prices in San Francisco California have sky rocketed beyond belief again. The cheapest home for sale in SF now is a 2 bdrm 1 bath 765 sqr ft shack on 0.04 acres for $350,000.00. So that's more than 150% of a quarter of a million dollars for no house and almost no land!!!! hahahahaha That's $457.52 per square foot for this UNLIVABLE pile of kindling. That's right folks, even if you paid for this house in cash, it is NOT move in ready. It is, what they call in the industry, a contractor's special. hahahaha that means nothing works, and it is completely outdated. Don't buy this shack unless you are planning on demolishing it and starting from scratch. hahahaha Good Luck!!!
