Actor Burt Reynolds Finally Sells Home He's Lived in for 35 Yrs!

Actor Burt Reynolds has finally sold his Florida home, the same he has lived in for the past 35 yrs. He reportedly received just $3.3 million dollars for the home, that he originally paid $700,000.00 for way back in 1980. The new owner says that Reynolds can stay in the home for as long as he wants as long as he keeps the rent current. No word on what the rental fee is though. It's not a bad looking house from the outside. The inside is hell of dated and decorated like some old grandma did it. hahahaha (Yes, that was a read. hahahaha) Oh, and it is waterfront property too. Sigh.
