Singer Wayne Newton Moves Back Into Longtime Home in Las Vegas!!!

Okay this is a convoluted mess or a HAM (Hot Ass Mess). Singer Wayne Newton has moved back into his longtime home in Las Vegas known as Casa de Shenandoah, where he has lived for the last 50 yrs. A group called the CSD Group formed and tried to buy the property which is 40 acres and had 8 homes all with pools. The home was listed for $70 million dollars but has recently been discounted to just $30 million dollars. According to Newton, "What we have done, the entire property is ours. We've leased it for more years than I'll ever see, and with the right and predetermined figure, which I can't go into, should we decide that we wanted to buy it back, that's the figure and it's a done deal." And they want to make it a museum about him and are currently running tours for $35.00. Whew! That's pretty steep! Maybe if he dropped it to $20 or $25 he could get some takers. hahahaha Well good luck with that Wayne.
