Former "Scandal" Star, Columbus Short Pleads No Contest in LA Bar Fight Case!

Ex Scandal Star Columbus Short Pleads No Contest in Assault Case

Former "Scandal" star, Columbus Short has plead no contest to felony battery in the Los Angeles bar fight case. Short was charged with felony battery causing great bodily injury because he did a running punch that knocked out bar patron Fenton Hyche III leaving him with a concussion and a broken eye socket. Damn! That must have been some punch! hahahaha (You got KNOCKED SMOOTH THE FUCK OUT!!! BITCH!!!! hahahahahahahaha)

Hyche testified that he didn't remember parts of the argument that precipitated the fight with Short. Like where Hyche threw money at Short's wife and taunting & talking smack to Short. That's typical of a bully, to only remember what the other guy does and never remember what you do. So I don't feel sorry for Hyche at all. Looks like he got what he deserved, throwing money at Short's wife is like calling her a whore. Right? So nasty and so rude!!! The only thing Hyche admitted to was that he was preparing to fight Short and had taken off his sports jersey.

Anyway, Short was sentenced to 3 yr's probation, 2 months of community labor ( I think that's picking up trash along the highway?) and he must complete 26 anger management classes. And he will be required to pay restitution to the Hyche the amount will be determined at an Oct 21 st hearing. Short got off pretty lucky, he could have gotten some serious prison time for the assault. Even though he was provoked. Short should have kept telling himself, (sticks and stones can break my bones, but works will never hurt me! hahaha)
