Six years after Bernie Madoff's sentencing, thousands of
individual investors, pension funds, corporations and universities who
lost big in Bernie Madoff's $50 billion Ponzi scheme are still reeling
from the losses.
Okay, here is a partial list of 10 of the biggest Celebrities who lost money in Bernie Madoff's ponzi scheme. I am sure you will recognize all of them. I did.
1. Eliot Spitzer, former Governor of New York, lost an undisclosed amount.
2. John Malkovich, actor, lost $2.3 million.
3. Jeffery Katzenberg, Head of Dreamworks, lost an undisclosed amount.
4. Zsa Zsa Gabor, actress, lost $10 million dollars.
5. Larry King, Interviewer, lost an undisclosed amount but was able to recover all of it.
6. Eric Roth, Screenwriter (Forrest Gump), lost an undisclosed amount.
7. Sandy Koufax, MLB Hall of Famer, lost an undisclosed amount.
8. Elie Wiesel, Holocaust Survivor/Author and founder of Foundation for Humanity $15.2 million.
9. Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick, actors lost an undisclosed amount.
10. Stephen Spielberg, Director and founder of Wunderkinder Foundation undisclosed amount.
Wow, I am shocked at some of the names. And I didn't know it was a $50 BILLION scam, I knew it was hundreds of millions of dollars. You know there must still be some money still out there. I think that is why Bernie was trying to get out of prison claiming that he had cancer. Such a fucking liar!!! I am glad the Court didn't fall for that one. Sigh! Oh well, sie la vie!!!
