More Troubles for 1970s Heartthrob David Cassidy...Loses Florida House, House to Be Auctioned Off In Sept!!!

Awww, damn! What else bad can happen to David Cassidy, the 1970s heartthrob who had such hits as "I Think I Love You", "Cherish", and "C'mon Get Happy" (Theme to the Partridge Family). Has lost his 7,000 sqr foot home that he has lived in for 14 yrs to foreclosure. The house will be auctioned off in Sept 2015. David and his wife bought the house in 2001 for $1.1 million, it has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, sits on about 1/2 an acre and is waterfront property with a pool and spa in the backyard. Very nice!!! It has hardwood through out the downstairs and tile in the kitchen and family room, carpet up in the bedrooms. It is a beautiful house. David and his wife extensively remodeled in 2006. They have been trying to sell the house since 2013, first list price was $4.5 Million, but lately the price has been $2,995,000.00 I think it's still overpriced, I think the correct price should around $1.7 million.

David is also dealing with his 3rd DUI and his wife left him and filed for divorce in Feb 2014. Dang, if David didn't have any bad luck, he'd have no luck at all. LOL I sure hope things turn around for him for the better, soon. I am praying for you David.
