Actress Kelly Rutherford was awarded temporary sole custody of her 2 children from her ex husband, Daniel Giersch. Kelly and Daniel divorced back in 2012 and they were granted 50/50 custody. But since Daniel lived in Monaco, he was granted physical custody. Kelly had been fighting in the courts ever since to gain custody of her children.
Recently, Kelly and her celebrity friends, including Kim Kardashian, had done an online petition requesting that the White House review her custody issue. They gained the more than 100,000 signatures needed get that review, but Friday's ruling made it moot. So now, Kelly's new problem is will Monaco honor the California Court's ruling? Good luck Kelly, I hope you get your son and daughter back. 3 yrs is a long time to not be around your kids. Maybe you should have thought about this b4 you married a foreigner who didn't reside here in the United States?
