Okay to call this a house is kind of ridiculous! It's 98 square feet , 14 feet long by 7 feet wide. Basically one room, no bathroom at all, 2 feet of a kitchenette, 7 foot long couch, storage, and a tiny loft on the 2nd floor which is just big enough to hold a queen sized mattress and you cannot stand up up there. I would have to really, really, really, really love someone to spend more than a day there. This place is so small that you have to go outside and walk down the field to change your mind, let alone change your clothes. hahahaha
So this couple in the little film, Ryan and Leah, moved from Seattle to San Juan Island in the Pacific North West. Leah's dad built the tiny house after he bought a trailer on Craigs List for $500.00. It looks like any backyard shed, except it's on wheels, the wheels of the trailer. It's really cute, but I think it's more of a single than a double. hahahaha So the couple have several businesses they run on their little property. Ryan has bees and makes honey and he also makes sea salt. Leah has an especially good green thumb and she grows flowers for weddings, and she has a giant greenhouse on the property. They are also the proud parents of 2 dogs, a yellow retriever and an adorable chihuahua.
