Thank God! This woman is cray cray!!! She is NOT Afro-American and she should not be the president of the NAACP! That position needs to be held by an Afro-American!!! You wouldn't have a Catholic as President of the Jewish Defense League would you? It's just common sense. You have to live the struggle to truly understand the struggle. Anyway, Rachel Dolezal resigned her post as President of the Spokane NAACP Chapter. She posted a statement on her facebook page and here is part of it.“It is with complete allegiance to the cause of racial and social justice and the NAACP that I step aside from the Presidency and pass the baton to my Vice President, Naima Quarles-Burnley,” she wrote. She went on to write:“And yet, the dialogue has unexpectedly shifted internationally to my personal identity in the context of defining race and ethnicity,”
