Singer Brittany Spears in Twitter Feud With Rapper Iggy Azalea Over Failed Song, Pretty Girls!

Okay, I have the lowdown on who started what! A fan twitted to Iggy Azalea support for the song "Pretty Girls" even though it "flopped a little". Well Iggy tweeted back "its difficult to send a song up the charts without additional promo and tv performances etc. unfortunately im just featured…" the 25-year-old wrote, which some interpreted as a deflection of blame. Lord oh Lord what she go and do that for? Brittany didn't appreciate it and tweeted, "Can't wait to get back to Vegas. So thankful I have shows for the rest of the year to look forward to…#YouWantAPieceOfMe," she wrote. (Oooh Snapt! I'm working what are you doing Bitch?! hahahaha) If you recall, I wrote a piece earlier this year about Iggy canceling her "Great Escape" tour over creative differences, um nope! try poor ticket sales. hahahaha

The statement never mentions Iggy or "Pretty Girls," but fans couldn't help but notice the potential subtext. Britney's "Piece of Me" residency at Planet Hollywood has drawn sold-out crowds since unveiling in 2013, cementing her spot as one of Forbes' top-earning celebrities. Meanwhile, Iggy's "Great Escape" tour was canceled in late May amid claims of creative differences, according to Billboard. 

She may favor more colorful language, but Iggy has already brushed off the alleged feud. On Sunday, she complained on Twitter that reports of a beef with Britney are actually just "putting madddd words in my mouth."

"I love the song and think Britney is great. Why be angry?" she asked a Britney supporter. 

"Genuine friends have genuine opinions. Its possible & healthy to have a differing thought without it being bitchy or shade," the "Fancy" singer Tweeted.  Ummm, I don't know why Iggy is now backing down but I think it's because Brittany shut her down smooth like. She's Brittany Bitch! Don't try her. hahahaha And what the hell is Iggy doing tweeting, I thought she gave up her social media stuff after that pizza guy gave out her cell number to friends and family all over the USA! And she was getting all kinds of weird messages from crazed fans! hahaha Sigh, so the feud is quashed, for now. hahaha
