North Carolina Woman Has 1972 Chevy Corvette Returned 43 Years After It Was Stolen!!!

A North Carolina woman, Terry Dietrich, had her 1972 Chevy Corvette returned to her 43 years after it was stolen. Terry had only had the car for 6 months when it was stolen from in front of her home. She had Allstate Insurance, which paid her claim. Fast forward to 3 months ago, when an automotive restorer received a 1972 Chevy Corvette and he checks the registration and finds out the car was stolen. He contacts the police who eventually contact Terry with the good news. But since the registration is fraudulent, and now there is a question of who owns the car legally. So Allstate contacts the original Insurance Agent on the case, Jim Dykstra, and with his help, DMV issues Terry a new title. It took 3 months to sort this all out but yesterday, Jim drove up and delivered Terry her car. She was so happy. If I were her, I would buy a club for my car. LOL  Terry said, "You are safe in Allstate's hands". hahaha Apparently so.
